This policy explains how Nemonit ("we", "us") handles information when you visit nemonit.com or contact us.

What we collect

• Information you send us. When you use the contact form or the AI assistant's project brief, we receive your name, email address, company (optional) and the project details you provide.
• AI assistant conversations. If you use "Ask Nemonit", your messages are processed by a third-party AI model provider to generate replies. Please don't share sensitive personal data in the chat.
• Analytics. We use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics that record aggregated page views and device types. No cookies are set and no cross-site tracking is performed.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals and deliver services you request. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Service providers

We use trusted processors to run this website: hosting (e.g. Vercel), email delivery (e.g. Resend or Formspree), analytics, and — only if you use the assistant — an AI model provider. TODO: list the exact providers you enable.

Retention

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months, or longer if we start working together (for contractual and accounting purposes).

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time by emailing hello@nemonit.com.

Embedded videos

YouTube videos load only when you press play, using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com).
